The course content delivered through our Learning Management System (LMS) may include materials created by third parties or by your organization. Copyright ownership and responsibilities regarding this content are as follows:
Ownership of Course Content
- The organization (customer) is responsible for ensuring that any course materials uploaded, shared, or distributed through the LMS either originate from the organization or are properly licensed for use.
- The organization retains all rights, title, and interest in the intellectual property of the custom course materials it creates and uploads to the LMS, except where otherwise specified.
Copyright Compliance
- The organization agrees to comply with all applicable copyright laws and licensing agreements when using any educational materials within the LMS. This includes obtaining necessary permissions for copyrighted content and ensuring that all materials are used in accordance with licensing terms.
- It is the organization's responsibility to ensure that any third-party content incorporated into courses (e.g., videos, articles, images) is either created by the organization, owned by the organization, or used with appropriate licensing.
